  BugFix

  Private/Public System funktioniert jetzt korrekt
  Problem:

  /elevator private und /elevator public Befehle funktionierten nicht
  Andere Spieler konnten private Aufzüge trotzdem nutzen (via Springen/Sneaken)
  Lösung:

  Datenbank speichert und lädt den Status jetzt korrekt
  Alle drei Zugriffswege (Rechtsklick, Springen, Sneaken) prüfen nun Berechtigungen
  Debug-Logs zeigen den aktuellen Status
